One must exercise religiously to maintain a healthy prostate. You also need to maintain your weight to avoid any risk of prostate disorder. Kegel exercises are of great help to tighten the tissues and muscles around the scrotum area and also improve blood circulation. This exercise can be done while you are driving or reading so do not make any excuses after all it is to maintain healthy prostate.
