How to Boost Your Health with Discipline?

The 5X5 system involves taking a good look at the 5 aspects of your health daily, for just 5 minutes and taking some quick notes on how you can improve on it. Here is an explanation of all 5 points to look at:
1. Habits:
The things we do every day to make us who we are.
2. Daily activities
Exercise or some type of physical activity that gets your heart rate up and keeps your body feeling energized and young. Remember: use it or lose it!
3. Mental and emotional states
How you are feeling, and how that is affecting the way you live your life.
4. Physical state
Whether you body is in good condition, whether you have an injury. This is basically “the whole physical package” that is you.
5. Nutrition
What you eat to build your physical body, but also what fuels your activity and your life.
When doing your 5X5 exercises daily, you will become acutely aware of things that you are doing or feeling that is affecting your health – and consistently finding creative ways to overcome them. This system does not work miracles, but it is an easy way to get started on the road to improving your health. Best of luck!
