No work can be undertaken without adopting backdoor and corrupt practices.

The entire society is fully aware of corruption and knows that they have to bow to the corrupt. Administration is weak and the implementations of government laws are defective. Most people do not wait to get a work done. Instead of wasting time and energy, they adopt corrupt methods for having the work done hence it is called speed money.

Corruption is evil. It destroys the playing field and drives costs up as contracts are effected by bribes and kick backs. I left Savannah , Ga years ago, because that small town was very corrupt. Small powerful groups ran the town, had politicians in their pockets and the few large businesses pushed their weight around. In larger cities it becomes harder for any one group to own the town. In this depressed econony, I see corruption rising daily. Every one has a scam or angle.

There are probably more honest people than not. Most everyone wants the same things in life; love, a job with purpose some sense of security. Things have broken down the way they have now because the majority of people are afraid to stand up against abuse and corruption and tyrrany and all.
So now we are here complaining about these things. People need to speak up and not allow these things to happen.
Our government spouts off on how human rights are being violated worldide. Yet here in our own country the very same things are occurring. They may not be as obvious or as harsh or on such a large scale as other places. But it may be worse.
What is happening in this country is a slow and insideous process that is expanding to the point that when it is blaringly obvious to most people it will be darned hard to stop it and to change it. We already have double talking leaders and other politicians who are3 corrupt and manipulating things for their own interests.

Wake up people! Fight back against corruption!
